99-04 Ford Gauge Upgrade Units
The 99-04 Ford OEM instrument cluster minor gauges are designed to move only in extreme conditions rather than telling you exactly what is going on in your engine. For example, the oil pressure sensor is a 6 PSI pressure switch so the gauge reads normal when the pressure is over 6 PSI and it reads low when the pressure is below 6PSI. In reality the oil pressure is always changing based on engine RPM and oil temperature.
The temperature and voltage gauges only move with low or high readings. They don't move when temps or voltage is in the normal range.

Service for Stewart Warner 760 Series Tachometers
Most of these old tachometers need oiling and wiring repair. The bearings are dry and the wire insulation is crumbling. AccuTach Co. can lubricate the bearings, repair the crumbling wiring, test the functionality of the tachometer and generate a calibration report. We cannot recalibrate these tachometers. IMRC Actuator Repair Service
AccuTach Company can repair 96-98 Mustang Cobra IMRC Actuator Modules and similar vintage IMRC Actuators from other Ford vehicles. We can repair the electronics, the inner cables and replace the cable connectors, but unfortunately, we cannot repair the actuator cable sheaths if they are cut or broken.
You can send your IMRC Actuator to us for us to repair or you can buy a refurbished unit from us. We get $150 plus $10 shipping to do the repair. If you want a refurbished unit, add a $100 core charge which will be refunded when we receive the core.
